1. Delivery Confirmation

Please check and confirm your order information ( Name, Address, City, Country, Zip, Phone Number, etc.) Please contact us if there is incorrect order information, or the order process will be delayed.

2. Order Processing

Viruses-X arranges product delivery from Monday to Friday(Holiday excepted). We generally need 1-2 workdays to deal with your orders, and extra 3 days during peak periods. We do not undertake any delay delivery responsibility due to the reasons listed below:

  1. Item delivery may be delayed due to out of stock.
  2. Incorrect information or address.
  3. Repetition delivery due to no sign.
  4. Natural hazard, transportation, war, etc.
  5. Address beyond we cover.
3. Shortage Processing

Viruses-X will cancel your order and inform you by Email if your order includes products out of stock.

4. Sales tax

As the sales tax included in your item, there is no need to pay extra taxes.

5. Delivery Method

  2. For Hawaii and Alaska, delivery fee Freight range from $40-$100

Special Explanation
  1. Modify the address before the order is shipped, Viruses-X will not charge you.
  2. To change the shipping address during the order delivery process, Viruses-X will try to help customers requesting address modification with the shipping carrier. If the modification is successful, a $17.00 modification fee will be charged; if the modification is unsuccessful, it will not be charged.
  3. Customers have to bear the extra postage fee and other fees if the item returned due to the wrong address.
  4. Viruses-X will arrange charge back if the item can not be reached successfully due to ( Customer should bear $30 postage fee):
